Smoke grenades and other pyrotechnics are classified as hazardous products.<\/p>

We are legally required to use a specialist hazmat courier to deliver your order.<\/p>

Shipping to mainland USA is $33 for orders up to $150 and $21 for orders up to $200.
<\/strong><\/p>

For orders over $200, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE delivery when you enter the coupon code GRENADE at checkout.<\/strong><\/p>

Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is based on where in the US the order is going.<\/p>

Please note: we cannot guarantee Fedex’s shipping timelines once the package has left our facility.<\/p>

    • Signature is required by someone 18+ on every delivery.\u00a0 This cannot be waived.<\/b><\/li>
    • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once dispatched due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipping.\u00a0 Customers should call FedEx with their tracking number and either request a hold at the sorting facility for direct pick up \u2013 or \u2013 schedule delivery at a time that is convenient for them.\u00a0 (Please note: the closest FedEx facility may be hours away as Hazmat products are often held at an official sorting center)<\/li>
    • FedEx will attempt to deliver your order 3 times.\u00a0 If unsuccessful, they will hold the package for 5 business days for pick up.\u00a0 Should that pick up window expire, FedEx will return the package to us.\u00a0 Returned packages can either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or we offer a 1x courtesy re-ship<\/li>
    • Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail center (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc)<\/li>
    • Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box<\/li>
    • Priority or expedited shipping is not available due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipments.\u00a0 Hazmat Ground is the only available option<\/li>
    • We cannot ship pyrotechnics to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico<\/strong> due to the regulations of specialty hazmat shipping<\/li>
    • We can no longer ship to Massachusetts<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke grenades\u00a0cannot<\/b>\u00a0be returned to us.\u00a0<\/h5>

      If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly to discuss.\u00a0 As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).<\/span><\/p>
