Smoke grenades and other pyrotechnics are classified as hazardous products.
We are legally required to use a specialist hazmat courier to deliver your order. This incurs a subsidised cost of between £6.80 and £12.80 per delivery depending on location.
Our couriers do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, islands, or Ireland.
As we subsidise a significant proportion of the courier cost, we have a minimum order value of £40 on all pyro products. This cannot be changed.
For orders over £100, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE delivery when you enter the code GRENADE at checkout.

Clothing and Accessory Delivery
We use Royal Mail to deliver clothing, bag, and accessory orders. There is a flat fee of £3.50 for orders up to £100.
For orders over £100, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any of our Smoke Grenades, Smoke Effects or Pyrotechnics.
Refunds and exchanges for clothing and accessories can be requested within 14 days of you receiving your goods.
Clothing & Accessory Returns & Cancellations
All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form. You will find the Returns Form attached to the invoice for UK orders.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing your order. You will be refunded your total order value. Standard delivery cost will only be refunded should the entire delivery be returned, regardless of whether upgraded shipping was selected (unless part or the entire order was faulty or incorrect).
In addition to our Website Returns Policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase.
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty.
We recommend the use of a courier to return soft goods and apparel to us. This provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.
All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorised for return by our staff. When returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details. In accordance with your statutory rights, you are responsible for returning the goods and covering the cost of return in any situation.
