Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping to mainland USA is $35 for orders up to $99, $21 for orders up to $149. For orders over $149, we provide you with FREE shipping when you enter the coupon code GRENADE at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is based on where in the US the order is going.

Shipping is a flat rate and includes the required specialty hazmat fee, as well as your general shipping charge.
Currently, shipping is only available within the United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
We can no longer ship to Massachusetts.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Hazmat Ground Services. Signature is required on delivery for all orders. This is the law and cannot be removed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder as some filters pick up messages from FedEx Automated Message System and deliver it there instead of your Inbox.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss. As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.

I almost mostly love the Enola Gaye smoke bombs! I always have my bomb box with at least three of each color, and when I pull it out it’s almost never a no go. Families sessions, glam sessions, boudoir sessions… everyone loves adding smoke! And it makes it that much more fun & magical for my clients while helping me creating a very dynamic one of a kind image they absolutely love. Lol, hopefully the kind of images/prints that will live on throughout a family for generations.
Enola Gaye ships quickly! I want to say it’s typically a 3 day turn around. The only downside is a signature is required.
****The only bone I have to pick with Enola Gaye (Which I am hoping their support will now finally respond to me) IS I have a small collection of smoke bombs that have not worked. Pulled the wire and no smoke. Reached out a few times without any resolution. I’ve been getting about a 1 out of 12 failure rate. As a small business it’s hard to eat the cost… Soooo I hope they work with me… if so, I’d love to give a full 5 stars.

Solid civilian smoke option. I spent many years in the military and have used smoke grenades extensively in training and real-world scenarios. These are some of the best in the civilian market if you’re looking to use for MilSim and the like.
