Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
For soft goods, You have 30 days from the date your product was delivered to request a return and refund.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should email or call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss. As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc. Without proof, we cannot determine if the unit was faulty or defective. No refunds will be processed without proof).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.
Changes & Cancellations
Should any changes to the order need to be made (i.e. color changes), or an order cancelled, communication must be made prior to the order shipping by calling us on 775-513-6600. Once an order has left the warehouse, changes cannot be made.
