Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
For soft goods, You have 30 days from the date your product was delivered to request a return and refund.
All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed due to federal hazmat shipping regulations, but in the unlikely event that one of our products is found to be defective, we will refund the unit price.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should email or call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss. Any defective product refunds will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc. Without proof, we cannot determine if the unit was faulty or defective. No refunds will be processed without proof).
Changes & Cancellations
Should any changes to the order need to be made (i.e. color changes), or an order cancelled, communication must be made prior to the order shipping by calling us on 775-513-6600. Once an order has left the warehouse, changes cannot be made.
