Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping to mainland USA is $25 for orders up to $49, $18 for orders up to $149. For orders over $149, we provide you with FREE shipping.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process all orders. Transit time will range between 3-7 business days based on where in the USA your order is shipping.
Shipping is a flat rate and includes the required specialty hazmat fee, as well as your general shipping charge.
Currently, shipping is only available within the United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
Orders are shipped via FedEx Hazmat Ground Services. Signature is required on delivery for all orders. This is the law and cannot be removed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder as some filters pick up messages from FedEx Automated Message System and deliver it there instead of your Inbox.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss. As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.
Changes & Cancellations
Should any changes to the order need to be made (i.e. color changes), or an order cancelled, communication must be made prior to the order shipping by calling us on 775-513-6600. Once an order has left the warehouse, changes cannot be made.

My husband and I really liked this twin vent smoke grenade. We used it for our gender reveal because they were out of stock of their gender reveal specific grenades. The only thing that disappointed me was the word “Twin Vent” is not written on the grenade and I was hoping it would be since we are having twins and the word twin would have been pretty cool. It worked great! Smoke came out of both vents as described and smoke lasted for 20 seconds as promised. The smoke cloud was nice and big. Color is the exact match you buy. Make sure you don’t get the vents near your clothing!! It says that on the warning label but my husband was so excited and let the vent (still going) near his pants and white shirt. It will not come off! Just keep the grenade above your head unless you’re so excited and forget haha. Shipping was very fast from this dealer but FedEx was delayed (they said because of the Covid virus). I would recommend this twin vent grenade to anyone 🙂
