Orders are shipped via FedEx Hazmat Ground Services. Shipping is a flat rate and includes the required specialty hazmat fee, as well as your general shipping charge.

Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is as follows:

Signature is required on delivery for all orders. This is the law and cannot be removed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder.
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss.
As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.

Big Smoke, Big Impact
This thing puts out serious smoke. I used it for a styled wedding shoot in an open field and it filled our space perfectly. Way more coverage than the smaller ones – you can really tell the difference.
Perfect gender reveal!
Absolutely perfect! Bright and beautiful pink for our gender reveal! Although my photographer bought 3 and one was a dud (only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5). But the other two were definitely enough for the effect!
