Orders are shipped via FedEx Hazmat Ground Services. Shipping is a flat rate and includes the required specialty hazmat fee, as well as your general shipping charge.

Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is as follows:

Signature is required on delivery for all orders. This is the law and cannot be removed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided on the order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder.
Due to the nature of our products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke products cannot be returned to us.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly on 775-513-6600 to discuss.
As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.

It’s Like a Smoke Wall
Used the EG18X during a film shoot in the woods and it legit created a wall of smoke in seconds. Super thick, super fast. Way more dramatic than I was expecting—in the best way.
I’ve used other smokes before, but the EG18X is on a different level. The cloud comes out fast and heavy, which is perfect when I need that wow factor right away.
